Rachel Reubens is a double board-certified nurse practitioner in Family Medicine and Adult Acute Care. She provides primary and preventive care for adult patients, including routine wellness visits, management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, and evaluation and treatment of acute illness.

Reubens Health is an independent local practice focused on personalized care and longer, patient-focused visits. Her goal is to help patients better understand their health, prevent illness when possible, and confidently manage existing conditions.

Outside the office, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, reading, and participating in local community activities.

She focuses on helping clients improve skin health and appearance through consistent care and practical guidance on maintenance between visits. Treatments range from relaxing facial services to corrective and anti-aging skincare.

Sarah is a local resident and enjoys working within her hometown community, offering a welcoming environment for both new and returning clients seeking routine skincare or targeted treatments.
